Conor has 15+ years of finance and strategy leadership experience within the hospitality industry ranging from launching successful startups to leading large teams at MGM Resorts and OYO Rooms. He brings expertise in financial management, underwriting, and advanced analytics.

Development

JD Camp

J.D. grew up in the hotel business and brings over twenty years of professional hospitality industry experience. Recently in roles such as asset project manager and director of hotel openings, J.D. takes a hand-on approach implementing 3PM practices, and most importantly prides himself on getting to know the associates, guests and owners personally.

Paul Patiño

Paul comes with over 21 years in the Hospitality Industry and has held leadership positions at Ace Hotel, Sydell Group, TMC, and Wolf Gang Puck. Paul’s biggest focus in any operation is driving culture with authentic communications with all departments and team members.
